Each team member had his own beneficial qualities that helped the team reach the summit of mount Everest. they had a guide to show the way a specialist climber and scientist a leader and sherpas to carry the loads, so all of them were beneficial to the team.

3.    How was the Team helped by ‘cultural diversity’ to attain their goal (reach the summit of Everest)?

     

       Each team member is from a different country and they helped each other by combining their own culture which led them to the top.
